    This was delicious! I didn't pay attention and I didn't realize it was a pork LOIN not a pork chop. It would of been a nicer presentation if I sliced it into rounds, the sauce could of covered it a bit better. My husband said it was super good though, and he's really honest with my cooking lol. 

   I did actually put it in the air fryer since these pork cuts were super thick. I browned it well on each side in a pan and it was starting to look too done, but the temp wasn't high enough. So I threw it in the air fryer for 350 for about 15 minutes and then it was done. 

  I also accidentally added shallots to the rice, tonight was not a paying attention night lol. We'd definitely order this again though!

  My teenage son was at a friends house tonight, but it wouldn't of been enough for him. I would have to of air fried some egg rolls or something since the portions aren't that big for Hello Fresh.

   These were just okay, I love tacos but I don't know they just had an odd flavor. Maybe it was the citrus I don't like? My husband didn't care too much for them either. They were fine but not one we'd order again. I liked the idea of pickling the onions with lime & a little sugar! It was also super fast so I love it just for that lol.

    I loved these, I love any type of flatbread recipe though. I was surprised that my husband loved them too since he's generally not a bbq sauce chicken guy. I did add onions because we had them. The little bags of cheese that they came with didn't look like they'd be enough, but it was plenty. The chicken came prechopped which was super nice. I liked how easy and quick it was!

  None of us had even heard of barramundi before, I had to Google what it was before I chose the recipe lol. This was really good, the barramundi was definitely "meatier" then tilapia (which we normally eat) and the flavor was delicious. 

  My teenage sons plate also has a bunch of chicken nuggets and fries because Hello Fresh's portions really aren't enough for him.

    This was excellent, it's really fresh tasting with the lemon. I added the garlic bread (Texas Toast), it wasn't part of the recipe so it didn't come with the Hello Fresh box. But it wouldn't of been enough for a hungry guy and a teenage boy, and my son did also have a turkey & cheese sandwich since he was still hungry. We'll definitely order this again though, it was delicious. 

  Oh I did omit the almonds since my sons allergic though.

    These were excellent! The bacon was missing from our box but they were still delicious, I'd definitely make them again. It has a smokey mustard sauce with grilled onions & crunch onions.

   I thought these were delicious, my husband said they were fine. My son actually fell asleep so he hasn't tried them yet. I would get these again for sure. The egg rolls were an add on that was on sale for like $3, and the serving size was 3 tacos each which is fine unless you are a teenage boy lol. I would of had to make him something else with it if we didn't have the egg roll add on.

   Another Hello Fresh recipe tonight! I only subscribe a few weeks a year, when they send good coupons.....but it's such a convenient service and we love it. It's so nice not having to meal plan or gather ingredients. There has only been maybe one or two meals that weren't the best, the rest have been delicious. 

   This was really good, I added too much oil to the roasted veggies so they were a little mushy, but they still had a good flavor. The egg rolls were an add-on item that was on sale for like $2 so I thought why not. Without the egg rolls I don't think there would be quite enough food for my husband and son, I would have to add something else or make dessert lol. 

   But we would get this again!

    Hello Fresh sent some good coupons so I resubscribed for a week. This was delicious! I followed the instructions to a tee and it all came out perfectly.

   Although they only sent one chicken breast, but I'm not sure if that was intended because it does say 10oz chicken cutlets, and I didn't weight it because why. There also wasn't any recipe cards so I had to get the recipe online which was kind of annoying. The garlic bread was an add on for like $2. I'd definitely order this again.

  The family actually said the garlic bread was amazing, I didn't try it but that's good to know lol.

    This was a fail & a pain to make lol. The fritters were bland and I had never made them before so they were kind of falling apart even with extra flour. The sausage & veggies my husband always likes, and my son usually does. My son didn't like it this time but he said he had a stomach ache so maybe that was it. I'm not a fan of sausage so I don't really eat it. Oh well not everything can be a winner.

Edit: The fritters were really good the next day air fried! I guess they just needed a little more time to meld.

Blackened Chicken Caesar Salad, Texas Toast & a Baked Potato

    This was just a super quick dinner that was bagged romaine with Bolthouse Farms Caesar, shredded parmesan, and Texas Toast croutons. I then air fried some Tyson blackened chicken and cut it up then mixed it all together. With a microwaved baked potato and frozen Texas Toast on the side. Not very healthy but it's delicious and everyone loves it. Also it's QUICK, perfect for those nights when you don't want to cook.

    This was delicious, and I got a thumbs up! lol. It will definitely be in our rotation. I did omit the honey since it was already pretty sweet, and we added a dollop of chili crisp.
