Quick Sandwhich 6 Points

A quick sandwhich on the fancy china

- 2 pieces Sara Lee 45 Calorie Bread. 2 points

- 1 slice Velveeta. 1 point

- 3 oz Oscar Mayer Cracked Black Pepper Turkey lunch meat. 1 point

- 1 tbs Kraft Reduced Fat Mayo. 1 point

- Up to 8 Ritz Crisp and Thins Cream Cheese & Onion Chips. 1 point

- 0 point foods: lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, black pepper

I know 6 points is a lot for just a regular sandwhich, but I was headed out the door and hungry so I needed something super quick.  You could easily make this a more filling meal with 0 point sides like salad or veggies!

Quick Weeknight Garlic & Herb Red Lentil Pasta 6 Points

I had planned for leftovers tonight, but there was way less leftovers then I had thought there would be! So I threw this pasta side dish together with what I had on hand. I just cooked the pasta and at the last 2 minutes of cooking time I tossed in the peas and spinach. Then once drained, I dumped it back in the pot and mixed everything together. It's not very pretty much it's healthy, tasty and filling.

- 1 box red lentil pasta. Each cup is 5 points.

- 3/4 cup of peas. 0 points.

- Half a bag of frozen spinach. 0 points.

- 5 Laughing Cow Garlic and Herb cheese wedges. 1 wedge is 1 point, so I just estimated there was a point worth on each serving.

- Seasoned with my heart these following seasonings: garlic, onion, pepper, salt, red pepper flakes, and Italian.

- 1 splash of milk. This probably wasn't necessary but I felt like the Laughing Cow cheese wasn't quite wet enough.

- Fat Free Parm

This could easily be a meal by adding a protein, or to make it even EASIER, just air fry some frozen Tyson chicken for like 8 minutes.

Lightened Up Blackend Chicken Alfredo with a Side Salad 6 Points

Delicious! The noodles do have kind of a "diety" flavor, but the texture is great and we do enjoy them for a low point noodle, I get them at Meijers. I cut up 2 chicken breasts and COVERED them with Kinders Blackened Seasoning, then just cooked them in a cast iron skillet until they were done, like 12 minutes or so. The noodles take 3 minutes to cook. The salad is just a garden salad kit, cherry tomatoes, pepper and some 0 point Walden Farms Chipotle Ranch dressing.

- 1 1/2 cups noodles are 3 points

- 1/3 cup Alfredo is 3 points

- Chicken is 0 points

- Salad is 0 points.

6 Point Nachos

Nachos
6 Points on Blue

So this isn't really a recipe, I made a nacho bar for the family and everyone got to put on their own toppings and I didn't measure out any of the zero point foods for myself.

Nacho Bar:

- 12 Tostito's Scoops Multigrain Chips. 4 points.
- 2 tbs store bought Salsa con Queso. 2 points.
- 1/4 cup fat free cheddar cheese. 0 points.

Zero Point Toppings:

- Rotisserie chicken breast
- Black beans
- Fat free refried beans
- Corn
- Pickled jalapenos
- Salsa
- Cilantro
- Hot sauce
- Greek yogurt
- Squeeze of lime

You can make your nachos on a baking sheet and pop it in the oven at 400 for 6 minutes to make sure everything is nice and melty and hot. The chips wont get soggy this way. Dont add cold toppings (like greek yogurt and salsa) until you take out the nachos from the oven.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Gravy with Carba-Nada Noodles

Slow Cooker Chicken and Gravy with Carba-Nada Noodles
5 Points on Blue

Full disclosure, this was my husbands plate and it was a huge portion. He also had a salad that would be about 3 points. He doesn't follow Weight Watchers (yet!) but I do make some WW recipes for family dinners.

This was really good, and this wouldn't be my normal flavor profile I'd like. I'm not normally a fan of "Cream Of" soup flavorings, but this was pretty good. It was also filling. My son loved it and said it's his new favorite dinner. So that's always a win.

Ingredients:

-  1 package Al Dente Carba-Nada Roasted Garlic Fettuccine.
-  2 lbs chicken frozen or fresh. Frozen chicken will make the gravy more watery.
-  1 can 98% fat free Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
-  1 cup mixed frozen peas and carrots.
-  2 packets McCormick Chicken Gravy
-  1.5 cups water
- 1/2 tbs garlic powder, onion powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Optional: half a package of mushrooms, chopped.

I also sprinkle red pepper flakes on mine and my husbands servings, I leave it out of the recipe for the kids.

Combine soup, gravy mixes, spices, and water into a slow cookre and whisk until fully combined. Add chicken to slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 10 hours, or high on 5-6. I add frozen veggies and (if adding) mushrooms about an hour before it's done.

Cook the pasta according to package directions, I cook the whole package for 3 minutes.

Add 1.5 cups of noodles to your plate and top with 2/3 cup chicken gravy.

Points:

-  2/3 cups chicken and gravy is 2 points.
-  1 1/2 cups noodles is 3 points

Salad:
3 Points

-  1 cup spring mix. 0 points.
-  2 tbs Texas Toast Seasoned Crutons. 1 point. I like to chop them up so it seems like I get more.
-  2 tbs fat free mozzarella. 0 points.
-  O'Dang Hummus Ranch Dressing. 2 tbs for 1 point.

Here is what my serving looked like:
