Teriyaki Chicken Noodle Stir Fry

Teriyaki Chicken Noodle Stir Fry

I had some chicken thighs to use up so I grabbed one of these noodle stir fry kits. I tossed the chicken in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper and cornstarch before I sauteed it in a little veggie oil.  Along with the veggie kit,  I also added the rest of a bag of shredded cabbage for extra veggies. I also topped it with sriracha and chili crisp!

Lemon Garlic Chicken with Green Beans and Mashed Potatoes

Lemon Garlic Chicken with Green Beans and Mashed Potatoes

This chicken was excellent, the only change I would make is use less butter, a whole stick is overkill. I did zest like half of a lemon because I had it, and I added a bit more garlic. I tossed the green beans in the leftover sauce and I thought it was too buttery but my husband liked it. With instant sour cream and onion mashed potatoes because it was a work day and I didn't want to cook lol.

Honey Mustard Chicken Wraps

No pic because it was just a wrap, but I wanted to save this for when I'm looking for super simple but easy recipes. Everyone loved it and it's perfect for a day I have to work late or I'm just over it. The only change I made was that I used already made honey mustard, and I added pepper and a little cayenne for a little bit of spice.

Easy Baked Ziti

Easy Baked Ziti

Remember, I'm not a photographer lol. This was the first time I've made baked ziti but I know it's a staple in households. It was easy, kinda quick and I'll definitely make it again. I had a caesar salad kit that I was going to use but it was bad, so we just had the baked ziti. Everyone loved it. The only difference I did was that I added garlic and some salt to the sauce.

Chili on a Baked Potato

Chili on a Baked Potato

This was just a quick clean out the pantry what do we have to make dinner meal. It's supposed to be chili but I think it's more like soup lol. Oh well it's still good. I served it on a baked potato with shredded cheese, sour cream and onions. Delicious!

The "chili" was just pinto beans, chickpeas, canned lentils, frozen corn, frozen bell pepper, rotel, tomato sauce, chili seasonings (chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper, garlic and maybe something else), Frank's red hot sauce, veggie broth, and an onion. I think that was it. I just put it in the instant pot for 12 minutes and microwaved the potatoes.
