Sheet Pan Crunchwrap Supreme

Sheet Pan Crunchwrap Supreme

I broiled it literally for 1 minute and it burned, argh. Still tasted good, I scraped off the mostly burned parts. I made the recipe almost exactly as written, except I used red onions instead of green because I already had some cut up. I'd defintely make again, just maybe broil it for like 20 seconds!

Sheet Pan Tacos

Sheet Pan Tacos

These look like a mess but they were tasty. I didn't warm the tortillas quite enough before I filled them because some of them split, but they stuck together fine after cooking. I did make 2 changes to the recipe, I used lean ground beef and instead of rotel I used some of my husbands homemade smoked salsa. They were really good and my son loved them, and his friends came over the next day and had some too. My husband wasn't hungry so he didn't try them. I'd make them again for sure!

Sheet Pan Parmesan Garlic Chicken Thighs

Sheet Pan Parmesan Garlic Chicken Thighs

I didn't even get a picture of it plated because baby was being fussy. This was super good and it will go in our rotation! I liked how easy it was and everyone loved it. I made it exactly as written using Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parm sauce. I bought a bag of already chopped broccoli so the longest thing was quartering potatoes, and I really could just use my veggie chopper for that.

Baked Honey Mustard Ham Steak Sheet Pan Dinner

Baked Honey Mustard Ham Steak Sheet Pan Dinner

This was really good! I made it as written except I just put the green beans and potatoes on the sheet pan and cooked it all at once instead of precooking them. I made sure to cut the potatoes smaller so they'd cook at the same time. I also seasoned them a little bit more then the recipe called for.

It was super quick and delicious! It was a bit too salty though, everything was so that was definitely my fault and not the recipe.

Sheet Pan Pork Chops

Sheet Pan Pork Chops

This was pretty good, even though I'm not a huge pork fan. A little salty because of the stuffing mix and ranch dressing packet but I would definintely try it again. My son was gone so he wasn't able to try it, and my husband said it was "ok". But it was super easy so that's a win.

Roasted Veggies with Sausage & Potatoes, with Corn Fritters

Roasted Veggies with Sausage & Potatoes, with Corn Fritters

This was a fail & a pain to make lol. The fritters were bland and I had never made them before so they were kind of falling apart even with extra flour. The sausage & veggies my husband always likes, and my son usually does. My son didn't like it this time but he said he had a stomach ache so maybe that was it. I'm not a fan of sausage so I don't really eat it. Oh well not everything can be a winner.

Edit: The fritters were really good the next day air fried! I guess they just needed a little more time to meld.

Sweet and Sour Sheet Pan Meal

Sweet and Sour Sheet Pan Meal

Usually my husband doesn't like fruit in his dinner, but this was a win! It's definitely going in our rotation. I followed the recipe exactly except I didn't realize we were out of smoked paprika so I just used regular.
