Slow Cooker Mongolian Beef & Noodles

This wasn't that great. And with beef being crazy expensive right now that kinda sucks. I mean we will still eat it but it's not that great lol. It kinda just tastes like beef and gravy? I ended up adding some frozen stir fry veggies just to get some veggies in us. I mean it's not gross, but it's pretty heavy and doesn't taste too much like any sort of Asian food. We topped it with sriracha, chili crisp and green onions.

This was okay. I mean it wasn't bad but it was just kinda generic tasting. My son didn't even like it, but I feel like he didn't give it much of a chance. I think next time I'd add some chili crisp or something. The cilantro wasn't part of it but I had some already chopped up. I should of actually put it in the rice so it was a cilantro like rice instead of just lime rice. It wouldn't be one that I'd get again but it was fine.
