Bread Machine Garlic Herb Pepperoni Bread

Bread Machine Garlic Herb Pepperoni Bread

This was super good but you can't even taste the pepperoni for some reason lol. It just tastes like delicious garlic bread. I'd definitely make it again except I'd just leave out the pepperoni next time to see if it really did make a difference. I used the oven baking method and got 2 loaves out of it. So far we've just eaten it with butter, and made toast....but I bet it would be amazing as a grilled cheese!

Cheesy White Bean Tomato Bake

Cheesy White Bean Tomato Bake

This was excellent! I needed something quick I can make while baby wearing, and this looked interesting. It's super flavorful, creamy and a wonderful comfort food. My husband said it was okay, but that was expected lol. I made the recipe as written and the smokey gouda really made a difference. We dipped the bread in and just also ate it with a spoon. The garlic bread was just a baguette that I cut in half and smeared with butter, garlic & parm. I was going to have it with a salad but the lettuce went bad, so no greens tonight oops.

EveryPlate Creamy Tomato & Pork Sausage Linguine

EveryPlate Creamy Tomato & Pork Sausage Linguine

This was really good, easy to recreate at home too. I threw in half a chopped giant zucchini since we have so much from the garden, and some red pepper flakes. Other then that I made the recipe as written! I'd get it again for sure. I really liked the ciabatta with the homemade garlic & herb butter!

Protein Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Loaf

 Protein Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Loaf

I'm 22 weeks pregnant and I've been craving pumpkin chocolate chip, but I wanted it to be semi healthy. This is delicious!! It's hard not to eat a ton of it at once. I did do a couple things differently, mainly because of laziness. Instead of 1 cup of whole wheat flour (we don't have any) I was going to blend a cup of oats for oat flour. But I didn't want to do that so I just added a cup of quick oats. Instead of honey I used a few squirts of Truvia, because we are almost out of honey. I also used zero sugar chocolate chips, and the only protein powder I have is the Ryse Jet Puffed Marshmallow powder. I also just cooked it in an 8x8 pan.

It would be delicious with a little bit of peanut butter and sugar free maple syrup!

It's SO GOOD though and I'll definitely make it again! Not sure if anyone else likes it yet, no one has tried any for some reason. I know my husband wont try it because he's not a huge pumpkin fan, especially with chocolate. My youngest loves pumpkin so we'll see. I don't hate the idea that no one tries it though, more for me! :)

Easy Bread Machine White Bread

Easy Bread Machine White Bread

I FINALLY figured out how to make fluffy white bread! All the recipes always call for the water to be 110 degrees. I actually read the label on the yeast I've been using, and it said to heat the water to 120-130! That seemed to make all the difference, I guess the yeast wasn't getting as activated as it should have before because my bread is usually pretty dense. The only other difference I made is that I used 2 1/4 tsp yeast instead of a packet. I used the 3 hour bread setting for 1.5 loaf.

Next time I'll try adding some garlic, my sons loves to make garlic toast.

Snickerdoodle Banana Bread

Snickerdoodle Banana Bread

We have a bunch of bananas to use so I'm making banana bread again. This recipe is MUCH better. The last one I did I make a streusel topping, but I think that's such an annoying process that it's not worth it to me. This was just topped with cinnamon sugar, which is much easier. I made it almost exactly as written but I did add extra cinnamon, a bit of Truvia brown sugar in with the flour mixture (my husband likes it really sweet), and I did add probably half a cup greek yogurt to make it extra moist. Oh I did add vanilla too, so I guess I did change it a bunch lol. This is definitely the recipe I'll be using from now on!

Edit: I'm making this recipe again and I'm looking at the recipe website, and I think it might be an AI website? There are so many recipes AI sites out there, it's super annoying. But the recipe worked out anyway. I wish they had to say if it's an AI site

Banana Bread with Streusel Topping

Banana Bread with Streusel Topping

Terrible picture because people got into it before I could take a picture lol. It's pretty good, a little dry though. I made the recipe exactly as it said except my eggs were cold and I microwaved the butter for 30 seconds to make it room tempature-ish. I figured it would be fine and it did work out so yay. The only thing I would do differently is I feel like it could use a bit of vanilla.

Smoked Salmon Chowder with Homemade Garlic Bread

Smoked Salmon Chowder with Homemade Garlic Bread

This was AMAZING. We loved it so much, I'll definitely be making it again. I just wish it had a bit more salmon flavor, it was pretty light. But I spent $12 on 8oz of smoked salmon so that's expensive enough. But it did last us for two dinners for 3 of us, and two lunches for me.

I made some garlic bread in the bread machine, but it took 2 tries lol. I should of checked how it looked but I didn't, so it's my fault. The first loaf did not have enough water so it was a mess. The second loaf was perfect. I don't know how to make the loaf a uniform color all over, but it tasted great.

Italian Crazy Bread

This Italian Deli Crazy Bread (by Bacon Butter Cheese & Garlic Blog) is to die for. Seriously it's so amazing. I made it over Christmas break and I will be making it for holidays again. It calls for a loaf of store bought Italian bread, but they were out so I just used my trusty French Bread recipe by BreadDad.

It's stuffed with a few different meats, cheeses and pepperoncini. Then slathered with a mayo that's mixed with all kinds of herbs and seasonings. Then baked at 350 for like a half hour. Then you just slice and serve. So so so good!
