Creamy Chicken & Gnocchi with Roasted Garlic Rosemary Zucchini
So good! My teenager even said that this is "top 5" of all my recipes, which is high praise because he is very honest about his food lol. I made the recipe exactly as written and I'll be make it again. The zucchini was a huge zucchini my parents gave me and I just roasted it with some evoo, s&p, garlic and rosemary at 400 for about 20 minutes.
