Honey Mustard Pretzel Sliders

These were pretty good, but the boys said they prefer the Hawaiian roll sliders so I'll probably just make them next time. It was interesting trying the pretzel buns but they didn't have too much flavor so I probably wouldn't make them again. Nothing wrong with the recipe, but you just can't beat Hawaiian rolls. Although I liked the honey mustard!

Smoked Pulled Pork Sliders with Mac & Cheese

Craig smoked pulled pork on his smoker and we put it on Hawaiian rolls with horseradish and coleslaw. They are SO GOOD! The mac and cheese I made with the doubled recipe version. The recipe version only listed 1 cup of milk when I doubled it, but you need 2. I also should of put a bit less garlic. Still delicious though and I'd make it again. Oh yeah I used 1 cup of freshly grated mild cheddar, and 1 cup of Velveeta shreds.

Chicken Cordon Bleu Sliders

   While these weren't exactly gross, they weren't that great. They were kinda bland and it tasted too much like mayo. I followed the recipe so I don't think it's anything I did but who knows. We will still eat them but I wouldn't make them again. There are too many other super delicious slider recipes out there!
