Chicken Veggie Stir Fry
This was a clean out the pantry meal so I just used what I had. I had 2 chicken breasts, a bag of frozen stir fry veggies, frozen cauliflower rice and some white rice. I just sauteed 2 chicken breasts and cooked 1 cup of rice and microwaved the cauliflower rice. When they were done I combined them and added a little salt.
Random sauce ingredients I threw together:
Soy sauce, ginger, garlic, red pepper flakes, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, Truvia brown sugar. I did end up topping it with some teriyaki because there wasn't quite enough sauce.
I topped it with a green onion and sriracha. Yum!
