- 1 Dannon Light & Fit Toasted Coconut Greek Yogurt
- About 5 strawberries, chopped. 0 points.
- 1 Banana, chopped. 0 points.
- Half an Apple, chopped. 0 points.
- 1/4 cup Apple Cinnamon Cheerios, slightly crushed. It gives it a granola crunch. 1 point.
- Sprinkling of Chia Seeds
