Salsa Verde Chicken Enchiladas
Again I forgot to get a picture, dinner time is chaotic with Linc now that' he's almost one. These were okay, they tasted too much like cream cheese we thought. Next time we'd half the cream cheese or honestly omit it all together and just add shredded cheese in the filling.
We really did like the flavor it just felt like a bit too much cream cheese :)
