Hot & Sour Soup with Eggrolls
This was so good! I'm always kinda wary of soup that's ready in a quick amount of time, that it wouldn't have much flavor yet. But this was absolutely perfect, I'll definitely be making this again. The eggrolls are just frozen ones from Walmart that I air fried, and the dipping sauce is a mixture of teriyaki and Thai sweet chili sauce.
