   The meatloaves and fries were delicious, the carrots were kinda gross and the whole thing was a pain lol. It used a ton of dishes, the crispy shallots burned super easy and the carrots were flavorless with just salt and pepper. 

   Luckily I had some crispy fried onions in the cupboard, and I tossed the carrots in a mixture of hot honey and butter which was better. I like the idea and I'd making something like this again, but I wouldn't order it from Hello Fresh.

    So the sausage actually smelled off I think, so I subbed in some chopped chicken thighs instead. I did add Italian seasoning, salt & pepper to the chicken to make up for the loss of seasoning of the sausage. Other then that it was the same recipe. It was good, kinda generic even with the sausage. But it's quick and easy so I like that!

  I really liked this, I probably could have put more salt in the jam though. My husband and son just said it was "ok". So we probably wouldn't get this again but I like the idea for sure.

This is actually the second time we've ordered the onion crunch chicken, it's so good. It has a honey mustard sauce and is coated in those crunchy onion things and Monterey jack cheese. The green beans are just roasted along side it with salt and pepper. My teenage sons plate has toast since the servings aren't really enough for him. Delicious though!

  This was really good, I thought it was on the dry side and a little too sweet. So we added some sriracha and chili crunch to tame some of the sweetness. I would add some pasta water to help it not to be so dry next time. But the flavor was good and we'd order it again.
