Instant Ramen with Frozen Soup Dumplings - Quick Meal
Our oven burnt out the other day so I've just been making what I can on the stove top, microwave and air fryer. Tonight I just threw together instant ramen packets with some frozen peas/carrot mix, a dollop of chili crisp and a dash of soy sauce. Those dumplings are amazing and this dinner was quick! Next time I could also add a few veggies and a soft boiled egg.
